Return & Refund Policy

At Correlate Comics, every item is printed on demand when you place your order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for refunds to your original payment method.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning an item.

Please ensure your order details (items, sizes, and quantities) are correct before checking out.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • All damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • To process your claim, photos of the defective/damaged item(s) will be required. If multiple items are affected, please provide one photo (or video) showing all items together for confirmation.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Items on sale and gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Items not in their original condition, packaging, or that show signs of use will not be accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds / Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you will receive store credit (minus the 25% restocking fee and shipping/handling) within 10 business days.
